For MSN - 1. Save your chosen Avatar, on your PC, somewhere memorable. 2. Load MSN, click on Tools, then go to Options at the bottom. 3. Under "Personal" on the right, you'll see a section called "My Display Picture". 4. Click on "Change Picture". 5. You will then need to browse to where you saved the file. 6. Select OK, choose the picture from the list on the left and then OK again. 7. Now simply press OK to come out of "Options".
